We can reproduce an image on your memorial in a number of different ways. Methods used to produce your design

Sandblast designs come in thousands of different designs. We can create a design personal to you. A sandblast design can be highlighted, gilded to match the inscription or enamel painted. laser-etched design onto your memorial, can create an exact copy of the original image. This is especially useful for photographs or emblems. An image can be laser-etched directly onto any memorial however light coloured memorials do not produce a good result especially when the memorial is wet. Therefore with light coloured granites, it is recommended a black granite plaque is fixed to the memorial.

Hand-etched designs are similar to laser-etch, but are completed by hand and can be coloured. they are not an exact reproduction of the image, but an interpretation by the artist. Pinched Carved

Photo plaques

Ceramic photo plaques and laser-etch photographs.

In all instances you will get your original photograph back. The better the quality of photograph we start with will mean the better quality end result. We can remove backgrounds if requested; there may be an additional charge for this depending on complexity. We can laser-etch directly onto black granite, for other colours we would complete the image onto a plaque and the fix that to the memorial. Draft images can be supplied upon request.
